Engagements
From first call to a pack your ops table can open
This path is how Content Nesthub runs aviation operations reporting and fleet performance analytics work without turning your team into unpaid data janitors.
1. Scoping call
Thirty to forty-five minutes covering aircraft types, bases, reporting window, and the decision the pack must support. We leave with a written scope note, not a vague proposal deck.
2. Extract checklist
You receive a short list of preferred exports — flight status, block hours, MEL deferrals, AOG logs — plus acceptable substitutes if a system cannot produce the ideal file.
3. Sample reconciliation
A two-week slice is matched and returned so you can judge density, tone, and missing fields before committing the full cycle.
4. Full cycle production
Charts and narrative are assembled against the locked definitions. Contested lines stay visible; we do not smooth gaps to look complete.
5. Walkthrough and handoff
A live review with the people who will defend the pack. Editable files and a PDF brief stay with you; optional retainer cycles reuse the same template.
Start with a scoping call
If you already know which engagement fits, say so. If not, describe the decision and we will recommend a reporting shape.
