By using this website or commissioning reporting work, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or engage our services.

Services described

Pages describe aviation operations reporting and fleet performance analytics engagements. Published rates are guidance only until a written scope note is agreed. Informational pricing on this site does not create a payment obligation or checkout contract.

Intellectual property

Site content, templates, and our pre-existing methods remain Content Nesthub property. Deliverables created for a client under a paid engagement are licensed to that client for internal use and for sharing with named external parties listed in the scope note. You may not resell our templates as a product.

Client materials

You warrant that extracts and logs you supply may be used for the engagement. You remain responsible for redacting personal data that is not required for the reporting cycle.

Liability

Reports support operational discussion; they are not certified airworthiness decisions, legal advice, or insurance determinations. To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Content Nesthub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from decisions made solely on a reporting pack. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.

Website availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Forms on this site use a mock endpoint for demonstration of validation flow unless a separate production arrangement is confirmed in writing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from engagements booked through this site, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
