Most work is quoted on fleet size, extract quality, and whether the pack is a one-off or a monthly retainer. Figures below are starting points in Hong Kong dollars.

Estimate factors we always ask about
- How clean your flight status and block-hour extracts already are
- Whether definitions of turnaround and cancellation codes are documented
- If the audience is internal ops, a lessor, or a board appendix
- Whether a sample reconciliation week is required before the full cycle
Retainers
Monthly fleet performance cycles for a fixed aircraft set are billed as a retainer with a locked delivery week. Unused surge hours inside a typhoon month can be rolled once by agreement; they do not convert to unrelated work.
Deposits
New clients typically place a 40% deposit to reserve analyst time. The balance is due on delivery of the agreed pack. See our refund policy for cancellations and work already started.
